a) We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated candidate for the Administration Department to keep the office running smoothly (experienced and fresher both are welcome). The ideal candidate will report to multiple managers with minimal direct supervision while maintaining the calendars and schedules for several departments. The candidate will be comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, typing reports and distributing mail. The candidate should have good communication skills in order to best work with our clients.

Skills:

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Strong organisational and planning skills

b) The Candidates should have experience of working of at least 5 years in the Commercial or Marketing department of a reputed Company. Ability to secure charters for the Company and their successful execution is the essential requirement of the job. The candidate should have an excellent knowledge and exposure of the Commercial or Marketing.
